Hoofdaannemer Gate terminal

Gate terminal heeft een consortium van Techint, Sener,  Entrepose and Vinci, een Italiaanse, Spaanse en Franse bedrijvencombinatie met veel ervaring, aangewezen als hoofdaannemer om uitvoering te geven aan het ontwerp, de inkoop en de bouwactiviteiten met betrekking tot de geplande LNG ontvangstterminal en verdampingsinstallatie op de Maasvlakte (Rotterdam).

De aandeelhouders van Gate terminal B.V., zijnde Koninklijke Vopak N.V. en NV Nederlandse Gasunie, verwachten binnen enkele maanden in staat te zijn om de uiteindelijke investeringsbeslissing te kunnen nemen voor de bouw van de LNG terminal.
